Estimated expenses for each month, in relation to the resources needed to carry out the activities, such as materials, tools, transportation, among others. The total amount available for each resident is $50,000.00 MXN, divided into monthly payments during the residency ($10,000.00 MXN per month).
This section will serve to evaluate the resident's ability to adequately plan resources and time, in addition to verifying whether the expense estimation is realistic and corresponds to the needs of their project. With this information, the program will be able to analyze the resident's chronological planning and determine if the project is viable within the temporal and financial framework.
Resource use (The available resources can be allocated to the following specific categories):
Materials: For the acquisition of necessary supplies for the development of the project (e.g., canvases, pigments, paper, tools, etc.).
Specialized equipment: Includes the purchase or rental of technical equipment that is essential for the project's execution (e.g., cameras, projectors, sound equipment, etc.).
Software licenses: For the use of programs or applications necessary in the development of the project (e.g., design software, editing, 3D modeling, etc.).
Workshops or courses: If necessary, resources may be allocated to enrollment in specialized workshops or courses that support the development of the project.
Professional services/trades: Includes payment for hiring external professionals or experts in specific areas required by the project (e.g., technicians, designers, consultants, etc.).
Food and transportation:This item is limited to a maximum of 20% of the total resource amount and may cover basic food and transportation expenses directly related to the execution of the project.
